I'm Laura ,
Family doctor for over 15 years, mother of a young child and specialist in Psychoneuroimmunology and Nutrition .
But... beyond the titles, I am a woman who has also gone through moments of overwhelm , loneliness , deep tiredness ... and through that silent process that many of us experience after motherhood, where it seems that we lose ourselves a little.
I know what it's like to have no time to even breathe. To feel responsible for everything, but to take care of yourself as little as possible . To have a tired body, a saturated mind, and a soul crying out for a break.
That's why Reviviscere was born, which in Latin means " to be reborn ." A space created with purpose for women like you and me: brave, sensitive mothers who give so much and who now feel it's time to return to themselves.
Helping you where I wasn't helped and had to find my own resources, I'll help you get there sooner and together.
Because it's not just about losing weight or sleeping better.
